Good Morning Shake

This will get you going and sustain you for a long while!

1/2 frozen banana (when bananas start to get old...I peel and throw in a freezer bag- I always have plenty for smoothies)
1 scoop whey protein powder (be sure your powder doesn't have artificial sweeteners)
1 T all natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
2 tsp coco powder (no sugar added)
8 0z nonfat milk
1/4 c crushed ice

Mix in your Magic Bullet or whatever you mix your smoothies in.

Approximately 330 cal, 14 grams protein, 9 grams fat, 13 grams fiber, 14 grams sugar
