Roasted Blues

A small bag of blue potatoes
Olive Oil
Garlic
Dill

Cut potatoes in half ( or if you have little bitties in quarters). Toss in olive oil. I drizzle then toss right on my baking pan. Add garlic powder or fresh garlic. Roast potatoes at 425 degrees until tender. Sprinkle with dill. Salt to taste with sea salt.
