Roasted Brussel Sprouts


You either love em or you don't!


Preheat oven 410 degrees.Wash them- peel off any layers that don't look healthy. Cut in half- toss with lemon olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Roast for about 10-15 minutes depending on size- watch these- they burn easily (guess how I know!).
Packed with 1 gram of protein each (who knew?), fiber and vitamin C! Enjoy!
