Greek Chicken

1 package of chicken scallopini (thinly sliced chicken breast) 1 lb feeds about 4
1 onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic diced
juice of 1 lime
1 T molasses
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup pitted kalamata greek olives

Heat oven to 400 degrees
Coat your baking pan with cooking spray combine all ingredients (except chicken) and toss with chicken. Place in baking dish. Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite rice, pita toast and a tossed green salad with feta cheese crumbles.
