Dilly Red Potatoes
Can be served warm, cold or room temperature. Travels well to picnics, church functions & get- to-gethers.
12 small fist sized red potatoes (you can get organic in a bag now!)
dill- (fresh is best, but tonight I used dried)
olive oil
garlic powder
salt
Put potatoes in water, bring to a boil and cook 25-30 minutes.
Cut into large chunks. Sprinkle (or snip) dill. Do a couple of turns of olive oil around your bowl (probably about 4 tablespoons). A generous sprinkling of garlic powder- we like a lot. Salt to taste.
