Oatmeal that Rocks!

Individual Serving:

1/2 cup of oats( not quick cook)
1 cup organic milk, low fat
1 tsp vanilla
1 T toasted walnuts
few dashes of cinnamon
1/2 banana or 1/2 apple chopped or 1/4 c raisins
1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Put oats, milk & fruit into a microwavable bowl. Cover with paper towel- just in case. Heat for 2 minutes. Toss in everything else and enjoy! This is a breakfast that will last and it is packed full of whole grains, omega three's, cinnamon that decreases your appetite, lowers blood sugar...fights the fungus among us... etc...
