Sunday Flank Steak

Grab your favorite marinade in a bottle- we like chipolte lime.. sometimes a teriyaki...
Place a flank steak or london broil in a large freezer bag with a bottle of your favorite marinade. Place in fridge... go to church.
Come home- put on the grill (make sure your coals are still pretty hot and put your grill rack close to coals). Only takes about 7 minutes on each side. Use tongs to turn- not any type of piercing mechanism- the juices will run out. Stay with it- cause it will burn if you are not watching it. If it does- no worries- just scrape off the burned part!

Let it rest when you bring it in for at least 10 minutes. Toss a salad. Cut against the grain, as thin as you can get it.
Serve with Alexia Oven Fries- all natural and all the work is done for you.
This serves a lot of folks for just a little bit of money- I have fed 10 people on an $8 flank steak before!
