Yo Yo Yogurt

So many of the kid yogurts have high fructose corn syrup in them- and if for no other reason- avoid this in your kid's food because it sticks to their teeth and won't come off! There are many other reasons- but we won't go into that here...in this simple and delicious yogurt recipe...

1 cup of your favorite organic plain yogurt- we love Stonyfield (has six cultures- you know probiotics) or the Lucerne organic plain (Safeway- not even if you guys down south have Safeways???)

1 T of Bonne Maman Preserves- we love cherry(the jelly/jam with the checkered red top, no food coloring- made with cane sugar)

Mix and enjoy!!!!

I try to get some sort of probiotics in my kids often- Skylar doesn't like the texture of yogurt- so she drinks smoothies.

Read labels when it comes to yogurt- many contain artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols that can mess you up far more than they can help you! Stonyfeild has everything good and more in it, than the other, commercialized brand, and Stonyfeild has and NONE of the icky stuff!
