Little Pasta Salad

Place in a bowl:
1/2 c each:fresh mint, & basil, chopped
2 cups orzo
1 can organic garbanzo beans (chick peas)
2 c grape tomatoes cut in half
1/2 c red onion chopped
feta cheese crumbles

Dressing:
1/2 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c lemon juice
2 T honey
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 c olive oil (you can use up to a cup- but I try to save some fat grams and this works just fine)

Cook orzo according to box instructions. Whisk dressing together and pour over pasta and add all the other ingredients- so good and good for you!!!!!!

I serve with prosciutto, basil & tomato wraps.

This one came from a recipe I saw on tv and modified a little bit.
